New Growth specimen locations

Start with Underhill at the FBC Base rooftop, then use the three specimen points to keep the sewer, alley and maintenance-yard route together.

Quest route: talk to Ranger Busken at the FBC Base, investigate Underhill’s last location, follow the clue to the lab, collect Specimens A–C, and return to Underhill.

The New Growth layer contains Underhill plus the three specimens. The map uses the same three-step point format as the taxi, camera and sensor layers.

Underhill

Landmark: FBC Base rooftop, then 140 Fletcher Ave and the sewer laboratory

Before you go: Reach / New Growth side quest

Missable: No — quest can be revisited

  1. Talk to Ranger Busken at the FBC Base rooftop to start New Growth.
  2. Investigate Underhill’s last location at 140 Fletcher Ave, then follow the clue to the sewer lab.
  3. Meet Underhill in the lab before collecting the three specimens.

Specimen A

Landmark: Airborne sample in the flooded sewer tunnels below Underhill’s lab

Before you go: Reach / sewer access

Missable: No — return through the lab route

  1. Enter the lab route from Underhill’s apartment.
  2. Follow the white Mold trail into the flooded tunnels and clear the growths.
  3. Use Reach to collect Specimen A, then return toward the lab.

Specimen B

Landmark: Alley at street level reached from The Park rooftops

Before you go: Reach / rooftop route

Missable: No — return through the rooftop route

  1. Leave the lab toward The Park rooftops.
  2. Cross to the street-level alley using the roof line and Reach.
  3. Collect Specimen B, then follow the marker back toward the lab.

Specimen C

Landmark: Exposed maintenance yard beside the orange-lit drainage route

Before you go: Reach / maintenance yard

Missable: No — return before ending the quest

  1. Follow the quest marker to the maintenance yard.
  2. Use the orange-lit drainage route to approach the exposed sample.
  3. Collect Specimen C and return to Underhill to complete the sample handoff.
